No. Create your workspace and use the Free plan for as long as you like. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan.
Anyone on your team who signs in — owners, office staff and crew. Your customers' portal logins are counted separately, and service customers (one-off or residential jobs) are unlimited on every plan.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations are handled from the Subscription screen. On iPhone, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.
Yearly billing gives you 12 months for the price of 9 on the web: Starter $269.99, Pro $719.99 and Business $1,349.99 per year. In-app prices on iPhone may differ slightly.
When your customers pay an invoice by card, Stripe's standard processing fees apply plus a 1% FleetPRO platform fee. Tips go to you in full, and payouts land in your own bank account.
Your account drops to the Free plan and your data stays put. You can export customers, invoices and timecards to CSV at any time, or delete your workspace entirely from the app.
